Plans will be uploaded to the Training Peaks platform at the end of each week and adapted as necessary. If you prefer to have your plan in a PDF format this can also be an option.
Feedback can be given after sessions via Training Peaks, e-mail, or Whatsapp.
The harder we work together the better the results.
All monthly plans are executed by the athletes on their own terms. When available coaches may suggest to monthly athletes to join group sessions.
