MONTHLY COACHING PLANS

Fully Personalised The Wright Way

Let me help you set your fitness goals and guide you to complete them through a monthly training plan. A monthly training plan is perfect whether you are a beginner or seasoned athlete. I will be with you every step of the way in your fitness journey.

 

HOW IT WORKS

  • E-mail or call to discuss your goals and training options.

  • Plans will be uploaded to the Training Peaks platform at the end of each week and adapted as necessary. If you prefer to have your plan in a PDF format this can also be an option.

  • Feedback can be given after sessions via Training Peaks, e-mail, or Whatsapp.

  • The harder we work together the better the results.

All monthly plans are executed by the athletes on their own terms. When available I may suggest to monthly athletes to join group sessions. Monthly athletes can join all group sessions for no extra charge.

HOW DO I ACCESS MY TRAINING PLAN?

After signing up for a free Training Peaks account I will guide you through adding me as a coach. I will then share your training plan for the following week and guide you through it. I can also offer a more simple weekly PDF template that you can download for your mobile, tablet, computer, or print.

WHAT EQUIPMENT WILL I NEED FOR MONTHLY COACHING?

After discussing your goals I can make suggestions on equipment that will benefit you the most. At Wright coaching we believe that the most simple approach is always best, and encourage athletes to listen and learn about their own personal machine - their own body! I on will only encourage the purchase and use of equipment when it is necessary.

ARE ALL THE WORKOUTS INCLUDED IN THE PLAN?

Every plan will contain all workouts for the duration discussed with the athlete. All plans will be structured around any specific goals or races that an athlete wants to do. For example if a triathlete is aiming to complete a 70.3 race in 16 weeks time, a progressive plan will be built towards the race and delivered on a weekly basis.

HOW FLEXIBLE ARE THE TRAINING PLANS?

Every training plan needs to suit the athlete in the right way, and as such training plans are flexible to change as needed by the athlete. This will come from effective and open communication with me. For example if you need to change your rest day, or increase or decrease intensities it can be done in real time.
