In association with our partner club 26 Coaching I offer group running sessions at Happy Valley Racecourse, and Aberdeen track.
All sessions are done in accordance with current social distancing measures.
The run club is open to adults of all abilities.
A typical session entails the following:
Warm Up and active stretching
Run Technique Drills
Cool Down and stretching
These sessions are suitable for those who want to run for fitness, triathletes, and those who want to better themselves on the track in a group environment.

Monday 19:00 - 20:15 - Happy Valley Racecourse
Wednesday 19:00 - 20:15 - Aberdeen Running Track
Friday 19:00 - 20:15 - Happy Valley Racecourse
