In association with our partner club 26 Coaching I offer weekly group Triathlon sessions for all three disciplines.
All sessions are done in accordance with current social distancing measures.
The Tri club is open to all adults who can swim 200m unaided, can safely ride their bike, are looking to improve their run.
These sessions are suitable for those who want to better themselves through the sport of Triathlon in a group environment.
We view Triathlon as one sport, not three, and as such we train each discipline accordingly. Sessions are suitable for athletes aiming for all distances whether it's Sprint, Olympic, 70.3, or Ironman.

Monday - Swimming Pool - 07:00 - 08:00 - Kennedy Town Swimming Pool
Monday - Running - 19:00 - 20:15 - Happy Valley Racecourse
Tuesday - Swimming - 06:00 - 07:30 - Repulse Bay
Wednesday - Swimming Pool - 07:00 - 08:00 - Kennedy Town Swimming Pool
Wednesday - Running - 19:00 - 20:15 - Aberdeen Track
Thursday - Swimming - 06:00 - 07:30 - Repulse Bay
Friday - Running - 19:00 - 20:15 - Happy Valley Racecourse
Saturday - Brick - Bike + Run - 06:00 - 07:15 - Redhill Peninsula
Saturday - Swimming - 08:00 - 09:00 - Repulse Bay
Saturday - Running Easy Recov Group - 09:00 - 10:00 - Repulse Bay
Sunday - Group Ride - TBC via Whatsapp each week
At least once per month there will be an additional Brick sessions offered, location and time TBC each month.

We allow athletes to mix and match any sessions as they please using the above purchasing options.
