Currently some of my services are online based due to the social distancing protocols in place by the Hong Kong Government. Group sessions are subject to relevant social distancing restrictions.

One on one sessions are currently running where and when available for running, cycling, swimming, strength & conditioning, and video analysis.

Whether you are running for fitness, training for a 10km, or a seasoned marathon runner I offer individualised running programmes for all.

Group running sessions are also currently available, subject to social distancing restrictions.

Monthly individual online programmes are available now.


Cyclists of all ages and abilities are welcome at Wright coaching. Whether you are braving the road for the first time, need to brush up on your bike skills, or looking for a tailored programme to up your game.

I can offer small group sessions or one on ones focused on the specifics you need.

I offer programmes for swimmers of all ages and abilities. Whether you are a pool, open water, or triathlon swimmer I have you covered.

Open Water based group sessions are currently running subject to social distancing restrictions.

Triatholon Swim


At Wright Coaching I view Triathlon as one sport, not three. I offer programmes for all ages and abilities, catering for those who are total beginners or seasoned athletes, including all distances from sprint, 70.3 to full Ironman.

Some group sessions are available at the moment subject to social distancing.

Monthly individual online programmes are available now.


Get the ultimate coach feedback with a video analysis complete with annotations and verbal feedback. I currently offer video analysis on both running and swimming.


I offer both a training technique analysis, or a race analysis.


You can supply your own 1 minute clip for analysis or I can set up a one on one session to film you.


I offer one on one sessions for running, cycling, swimming, and strength & conditioning, 

Specific goals for sessions can be discussed in advance and implemented to make the most of the session time. 

Sessions can be held at sites around Hong Kong or in the privacy of your own home.

Intense Training


Using my extensive range of contacts I offer organisation of seminars delivered by top tier athletes and industry specialists. These seminars are appropriate for school groups, corporates, and clubs.


Seminars and speakers will be tailored specifically to your needs.Seminars can be delivered in person or as online webinars.


If you like to go solo then I also provide training templates for running, swimming, and triathlon. Templates are available for a variety of distances and are a general guide for you to follow.

If you are on the fence about a monthly training programme then I suggest trying a template first and if you enjoy it then consider a monthly training programme.

I offer custom built corporate plans for all ages and abilities.


My corporate plans consist of a group training programme implemented in the run up to a chosen event or race.

I also offer corporate seminars of the benefits of fitness, and the best way for adults to get involved with sport in Hong Kong.
